If you’re 70½ or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) by directing all or part of your IRA funds straight to charity as your gift. Our next step — building reserves for the futurE.
We are beginning by establishing an operating reserve through Infinite Giving, a platform designed specifically to help nonprofits accept noncash gifts.
Following the operating reserve, we will establish two additional reserves:
A midterm reserve
A long-term reserve
Both will support capital expenditures and equipment purchases as our needs grow. Further down the road, we hope to establish an endowment that will allow us to launch new training programs for our youth and expand both our outreach and our existing programs.
