Raw, unfiltered honey harvested from Airline Road, Arthur Street, Clifton Street, and James Street honey bee hives. Now available in 6 or 12 oz. jars!

Arthur Street Honey comes directly from our honey bee hives in the Hill, installed by our second cohort of Beekeepers in Residence in 2019. This summertime honey is medium-light in color and has traces of clover, milkweed, tulip, and sumac. The perfect addition to a cup of tea or coffee, and a great antidote for sore throats.

Bridgeport Honey comes from Huneebee operated hives at Reservoir Community Farm, an urban farm created and maintained by Green Village Initiative (GVI). This inaugural batch of honey harvested from pockets of multi-floral sources across the City of Bridgeport is earthy, sweet, and medium-light in color.

Mead Street Honey is sourced from an apiary in New Haven and many of the hives here have been maintained by our Lead Beekeeper, Tim, for years. This small, limited batch marks Huneebee’s very first Mead Street harvest, and sweet honey wow, is it special! Dark in color and bolder than your traditional spring or summer wildflower varieties, it hails from Fall-flowering nectar sources like Japanese Knotweed and goldenrod.
