FARMERS MARKET

Visit Huneebee Project at the local farmers market to shop our raw local honey, seasonal cut flowers, and other hive-inspired products while supporting meaningful real-world experience for youth and young adults in a supportive, community-centered environment.

Market Schedule

Visit us Sundays from June 28th - November 22nd at CitySeed’s Edgewood Park Farmers Market. At the Corner of West Rock and Whalley, this market is nestled at the intersection of Edgewood and Westville neighborhoods, with family friendly park amenities.

Check our calendar or follow us on social media for additional pop-up locations and upcoming dates. Stop by and say hello. We'd love to meet you!

More than a place to purchase honey, our market booth serves as a hands-on workforce development experience where youth interns build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and gain valuable employment experience. Interns help operate the booth, engage with customers, share information about our programs, and represent Huneebee Project within the community.

Every purchase helps sustain programs that use beekeeping, agriculture, and environmental stewardship to empower youth impacted by foster care, trauma, and systems involvement. Through these experiences, participants develop leadership skills, meaningful connections, and pathways toward future success.

SPONSORS

This season, Huneebee Project is inviting businesses, organizations, and community supporters to sponsor individual Sundays at the CitySeed Farmers Market in New Haven. Sponsorships directly support the employment of two youth interns who help operate the Huneebee Project booth throughout the market day.
