Here at Huneebee, we know that connection to nature is necessary, healing, and achievable - whether it be in your own kitchen, backyard, or on a windowsill. We invite you to light a beeswax candle, add raw honey to a cup of tea, create a bouquet with cut flowers, or plant a small pollinator-friendly green space. And in these moments of joy and connection, you’re rippling out goodness.

HBP Honey
from $10.00

Raw, unfiltered honey harvested from an assortment of apiaries in New Haven and Bridgeport!

  • Bridgeport Honey is harvested from our hives at the Reservoir Community Farm in Bridgeport. Most of this honey is sold directly from their farm stand, so it’s a limited edition honey this year! This light amber honey has a reddish hue and a wonderful caramel-like sweetness. SOLD OUT

  • Clifton Street Honey comes from our hives at a community garden and native planting sight in Fairhaven Heights. This is currently the lightest honey we have, perfect for those who want the classic simple and sweet “honey bear” taste.

  • Mead Street Honey is sourced from an apiary in New Haven with hives that have been maintained by our Lead Beekeeper, Tim, for years. While often our darkest honey, this year it’s on the lighter side, with a warm sweetness with hints of cinnamon. SOLD OUT

  • Rosette Street Honey comes directly from our honey bee hives in the Hill - also the site of Huneebee’s Flower Farm. This was the last honey we harvested this year and is our darkest offering. It has an incredible sour cherry-like aroma and flavor. It’s the perfect addition to a cup of tea or coffee, and a great antidote for sore throats. SOLD OUT

  • Armory Garden Honey comes from our hives in New Haven. The array of pollinator friendly plants provides for a full range of notes.

  • Common Ground Honey is sourced from our hives located on Common Ground’s Urban Farm and Environmental Education Center grounds. This honey is deeper and darker in flavor profile, perfect for fall or winter pairings.

  • Lockwood Farm Honey is harvested from a delightful bee haven in Hamden with plenty of chestnut trees. Its sweetness is bright and almost fruity. It begs to be paired with cheese, in a c(m)ocktail, or added to your morning coffee or tea. SOLD OUT

  • Harvest Melange Honey is a mix of all of our honeys – why decide when you can taste them all! As part of our harvest and bottling process we are left with small amounts of residual honey that we blend and bottle as a new offering this year. SOLD OUT
