SHIPPING & Returns
At Huneebee Project, every purchase supports our mission to provide nature-based therapies, workforce development, and hands-on agricultural training for youth with foster care and systems involvement. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches by our team and program participants, we appreciate your understanding of the policies below.
SHIPPING

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During periods of high demand, seasonal honey harvests, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

When available, local pickup may be offered at select events, farmers markets, or designated pickup locations. Details will be provided during checkout if this option is available.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Huneebee Project is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because honey and other food products are consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products once they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable
We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
